Annual Board Meeting - We Need Your Input!

The Annual Spring Pond Estates Homeowners Association Meeting will be held in the Community Center on Tuesday, June 9th at 6:30 PM.

This is your best chance to catch up on everything Spring Pond from the past year, and without a quorum, we can't vote.

Please attend! Your fellow homeowners need your help and your input!

Your fellow homeowners want You!

If you can't attend in person, we still need your input.

Give your proxy vote to someone else to ensure we will have a quorum for any issues to be voted on. 

Something like "please accept my proxy vote in my absence, at the Annual Meeting of the Spring Pond Estates Homeowners Association for matters needing homeowners vote" should suffice.

This should be given or mailed to our Secretary, Sally Hudgins 11 Ruch Lane before June 9th. Any questions, just give Sally a call.

Monthly Board Meetings are held in the Community Center on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 PM.

The next meeting is Monday, May 11, 2015.
