Monthly Board Meeting

The monthly Board meeting was called to order by Gerry Rainforth, President. Nancy Winograd was absent. All other Board members were present.
Secretaries report had been given previously to all members.
Motion to accept with no corrections or omissions made by Beth Kaplan and seconded by Jane Laughton. Passed 4-0 (report on file)
Treasurers report was given by Anita Haskell and all members received a copy.
No outstanding issues at this time. Motion to accept by Beth Kaplan and seconded by Jane Laughton. Passed 4-0 (report on file)
Architecture Committee

Landscaping Committee
Gerry Rainforth, chairman reported that the fall trimming of all arborvitae and shrubs had been completed. Also, it appears that the crab grass applications over the summer are showing some results. Tree inspection is slated for this fall.(report on file)
Long-Range Planning Committee
Beth Kaplan will be meeting with a committee to discuss what will be the issues to be addressed for the future.
Maintenance Committee
Lee Page has been walking the areas and addressing which driveways will need attention and then he and Beth will be discussing what needs are forthcoming regarding driveways and streets. He has done a detailed drawing of Spring Pond Circle and Ruch Lane showing each one. (On file)
Social Committee
A very successful Labor Day pot luck was held and our new residents had
attended.
