More Game Night Fun!

We had lots of fun with our second Game Night.

First we played some Trivia.

• Did you know that the Alouettes and Stampeders played Canadian Football? Loretta did!
• Do you know what a ball peen hammer looks like? Al did!
• Did you know that the Hollywood sign overlooking Los Angeles was originally written HOLLYWOODLAND? We did!

Then we played some Left, Center, Right. Dolores was the big winner. Maybe that means she is buying the drinks?

And finally, we played some Catch Phrase. We had a lot of laughs - even if some of us forgot our glasses and had a hard time reading the phrases!

We ended the night a bit early so that we could all get home to watch the Democratic debate.

Thanks for playing everyone! That was fun!

I'll set up a time for March. Maybe we'll work in some new games.

February Game Night Fun!

Join us for Game Night 2
Wednesday, February 19th at 6:30
in the Community Center

We'll set up the tables and chairs, have some snacks and drinks, chat, play some games, and have some fun.

Please bring whatever you would like to drink. If you like you can bring a little snack (we had too much last time, so just bring a little).

And if you have a game you like that a lot of people can play, bring that, too. Any game would work - preferably one that can be played by many players at the same time. We'll bring:

⦁ Left, Center, Right
⦁ Trivial Pursuits Cards
⦁ Password

If you have an interesting game that works for a group, bring it along and teach everyone to play.
This time, please bring three $1 bills. We'll use them to play a game of Left, Center, Right.
