SPEHOA ANNUAL BOARD MEETING
JUNE 9, 2019-2020
The annual meeting was called to order at 3:30 PM. President Rainforth welcomed all homeowners in attendance noting due to the guidelines and restrictions related to the COVID-19 virus, the length of the meeting would be limited.

Treasurer Strazzere reviewed the budget covering the past fiscal year. He noted that although the monthly Association Fee remains at $210 per month, there have been increases pertaining to
ongoing expenses.
He also stated that due to the dire effects of the COVID-19 virus, he was not recommending any changes be made to the monthly dues at this time. He also advised that it would be helpful for the Committee Chairs to make a conscious effort to curtail any large expenses at the present time, and along with input from the Long-Range Planning Committee, projects will be reviewed and brought to the Board for discussion at a future date. A motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report and Budget for the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 was made by Anita Haskell, seconded by Dolores Corradino.
