SPRING POND ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
MAY 9, 2022 MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES
President Bill Bannister called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM with all Board Members in attendance.
President Bannister reported that, as of this writing, he has not received the signed documents the Association has requested from Walter Woods regarding the sale of 4 Styles Lane.
Recording Secretary El Rotsko’s April minutes were accepted as written. Motion to accept was
made by Treasurer Joe Strazzere, seconded by Vice President Bob Milbury. Motion passed.

Treasurer Joe Strazzere updated the Board regarding the Patten Landscaping staff shortage
and read a letter from John Patten stating he is hopeful that his additional workers will be
arriving by late May (Detailed Treasurer’s report on file for review).
President Bannister, reporting for Election Committee Chairperson Pat Mirisola, stated that the election ballots have been distributed to all Association Members and must be returned no
later than May 19th. Ballots will be counted on May 20th.
Maintenance Committee Chairperson Lee Page reported he was in the process of researching
the cost for resurfacing portions of the Community Center parking lot.
The Welcoming Committee met on May 5th with Jill Bannister and her husband Max who will
be renting 11 Spring Pond Circle from May 15, 2022 to February 28, 2023.
El Rotsko reminded the Board that she will be stepping down from her position as Recording
Secretary next month at the conclusion of the June 14th SPEHOA Annual Meeting.
The Association would greatly appreciate any volunteer(s) to help with fulfilling the responsibilities this position entails.
Secretary Rotsko also reported to the Board that the homeowners at 3 Ruch Lane, 5 Ruch Lane
and 16 Spring Pond Circle have not submitted their Proof of Homeowner’s Insurance to the Association, noting that all members of the Association are required to submit this document on an annual basis, per the SPEHOA By-Laws and Covenants.
Motion to adjourn was made by Treasurer Joe Strazzere, seconded by Board Member Lee Page.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
