Increase in Monthly Dues
As voted unanimously in our Annual Meeting, the monthly dues will be increased to $230, starting with July's dues.
If you write a check, please just make it out for $230 from now on.
If your bank sends a check, please make sure the amount is changed to $230.
If your bank sends the dues directly to the association's bank, unfortunately, that process will need to change.
- People's United Bank (the association's bank) is no longer supporting external ACH transfers for our account. They have continued the current transfers, since it was grandfathered in when People's took over our prior bank's accounts. But they cannot modify the amounts, nor add new transfers. So we must stop the automatic transfers.
- People's United Bank told me they will stop the automatic transfers before July.
- You will need to submit your July $230 dues, either through a paper check mailed to us or left in the black drop box at the Community Center, or using your bank's BillPay feature. You can request that your bank mail a check every month. If you choose to have your bank send a check using BillPay, please send it to:

If you have already sent in your July dues, please either send an additional check for $20, or add the $20 to your next month's dues check.
A reminder that, per our By-Laws, dues are expected on the 1st of each month.
