SPRING POND ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
MONTHLY BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
DECEMBER 8, 2025
PRESIDENT - President Lee Page called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM with Lee Page, Pat Mirisola, Debra Strazzere, and Bob Milbury present. Frank McClellan participated by phone. The recording secretary was ill and could not attend. Minutes recorded by Joe Strazzere.
RECORDING SECRETARY - President Page made a motion to accept the Recording Secretary’s November minutes as written. Bob Milbury seconded. Motion passed 5-0 with minutes on file for review.
TREASURER - Treasurer Joe Strazzere reported that expenses for November were under budget. He indicated that expenses for December will be over budget based on bills received so far, but that there is plenty of money in the Operating Expense account.
Pat Mirisola made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. Frank McClellan seconded. Motion passed 5-0 with a detailed Treasurer’s Report on file for review.
LANDSCAPING - Chairperson Clay Feeter reported that all tree work for the season was completed, including tree trimming and removal, and stump grinding.
MAINTENANCE - The street light nearest the Community Center is out. Chairperson Lee Page will contact JN Electric to have them replace the bulb.
SOCIAL - Everyone agreed that the December Holiday Party was a big success. Special thanks to Midge Grimes for the wonderful decorations.
Chairperson Deb Strazzere reported that the next event will be a Coffee Hour on Monday, January 19th, at 10:00.
WELCOMING COMMITTEE - Chairperson Pat Mirisola reports that Melinda Hutchins will be purchasing the property at 11 Ruch Ln. and living there with her daughter Elizabeth Barrett. They will be meeting with the Welcoming Committee soon, and are expecting to pass papers by the end of December.
Pat Mirisola made a motion to adjourn. It was seconded by Bob Milbury.
Motion passed 5-0, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 PM.
