We Need Your Help on the Architectural Committee!

Neighbors, we need your help!

We ask asking for at least three volunteers to join the Architectural Committee.

According to the By-Laws:

6.2.2.2 Receive applications for the review of plans for additions, alterations and other proposed material changes to the exterior of dwelling units, and may approve or reject such applications based upon compliance with the Guidelines and subject to further consideration and approval of the Board of Directors or Association as may be required by the Covenants.

6.2.2.3 Require the inspection of all additions, alterations or material exterior changes for compliance with approved plans and the Guidelines. The Board may delegate to the Architectural Committee Chairperson the authority to approve work in progress or stop work for non-compliance with approved plans or Guidelines.
