We Need Your Help on the Architectural Committee!

Neighbors, we need your help!

In order to keep our costs down, we rely on volunteers to fill the committees, and perform much of the work required to keep our HOA running smoothly.

We ask asking for at least three volunteers to join the Architectural Committee.

According to the By-Laws:

6.2.2 The Architectural Committee, composed of at least three (3) members, shall administer the Covenants dealing with architectural control to accomplish covenant objectives and shall:

6.2.2.1 Interpret covenant objectives and develop Architectural Guidelines which include covenant restrictions and objectives to provide members with general criteria and information necessary for the approval of plans to alter landscaping, outdoor lighting as well as additions or alterations of dwelling units at Spring Pond Estates.

6.2.2.2 Receive applications for the review of plans for additions, alterations and other proposed material changes to the exterior of dwelling units, and may approve or reject such applications based upon compliance with the Guidelines and subject to further consideration and approval of the Board of Directors or Association as may be required by the Covenants.

6.2.2.3 Require the inspection of all additions, alterations or material exterior changes for compliance with approved plans and the Guidelines. The Board may delegate to the Architectural Committee Chairperson the authority to approve work in progress or stop work for non-compliance with approved plans or Guidelines.

6.2.2.4 The Architectural Committee will bring their recommendations to the Board for their final approval.

If you would like to help and be on the Committee, please contact any member of the Board, or use the "Send us a note" tool on the right-hand side of this web page.

Thank you!
