The remaining Board of Directors and Officers representing the SPEHOA greatly appreciate his dedication with our special gratitude for his sincere efforts to meet the needs and concerns of our Association Members.

RECORDING SECRETARY -  Vice President Pat Mirisola made a motion to accept the March 9th minutes as written, seconded by Board Member Frank McClellan. Motion passed unanimously with minutes on file for review.

President Page will be distributing a letter to all SPEHOA members from the Board of Directors concerning several issues that were discussed at the April 13th Board of Directors monthly meeting. Please take a moment to review these items, most importantly, the 15-minute street parking restriction to ensure safe passage within our  SPEHOA Community roadways.
