SPRING POND ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS JUNE 9, 2025 MONTHLY MEETING
PRESIDENT - President Lee Page called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM with all Board Members and Officers in attendance. President Page reviewed the format he will follow for the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 10th.
RECORDING SECRETARY - Vice President Pat Mirisola made a motion to accept the May Recording Secretary’s Minutes as written, seconded by Board Member Deb Strazzere. Motion passed with minutes on file for review.
TREASURER - Treasurer Joe Strazzere reported that the expenses for May ended under budget, adding we spent less on cleanup for April than originally budgeted. He also noted that the expenses for June will be under budget based on bills paid and received so far. President Page made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report as presented, seconded by Vice President Mirisola. Motion passed with detailed Treasurer’s Report on file for review.
ELECTION - Chairperson Pamela Milbury reported that the ballots were counted on May 22nd and that Bob Milbury, Pat Mirisola and Frank McClellan will be representing the Spring Pond Estate Homeowners Association on the Board of Directors.
LANDSCAPING - Chairperson Clay Feeter reported that the installation of Rainmaker Irrigation Hydrawise Wi-Fi System has been completed noting detailed daily usage activities can be reviewed via the assigned password.
SUNSHINE CLUB - The Board commented on the positive feedback they are receiving regarding Chairperson Paula Page’s new monthly birthday posters she is using instead of card to keep Association members informed.
WELCOMING COMMITTEE - Chairperson Pat Mirisola reported that our new neighbors at 22 Spring Pond Circle, Stephen and Lesi Lewis will be closing on their new home on June 13th.
NEW BUSINESS - The Board discussed the need for exterior power washing at some of the SPE Homeowner’s residents and that, for safety reasons, all residents should have any dryer vent lint accumulation removed on a regular basis. There was also discussion about updating our Spring Pond Estates community sign. Lastly, President Page suggested that, in an attempt to discourage public use of our Community Center, we could keep the door locked and distribute keys to Association Members only. He noted that all these items will be addressed at the Annual Meeting.
A motion was made by Board Member Deb Strazzere to adjourn, seconded by Vice President Pat Mirisola. Motion passed unanimously and meeting was adjourned at 7:25 PM.
