SPRING POND ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
MONTHLY BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
APRIL 13, 2026
PRESIDENT - President Lee Page called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. Board Member Frank McClellan was present via mobile with all other Board Members and Officers in attendance.
President Page reported that we are still awaiting the final ruling pertaining to the complaint filed by Jeff Hudgins, Trustee for the 11 Ruch Lane Estate.
President Page noted he will not be seeking re-election as Board Member and President but will maintain his position as Chairperson of the Maintenance Committee. The remaining Board of Directors and Officers representing the SPEHOA greatly appreciate his dedication with our special gratitude for his sincere efforts to meet the needs and concerns of our Association Members.
RECORDING SECRETARY - Vice President Pat Mirisola made a motion to accept the March 9th minutes as written, seconded by Board Member Frank McClellan. Motion passed unanimously with minutes on file for review.
TREASURER - Treasurer Joe Strazzere reported that the expenses for March were over budget due to the numerous snow storms. Board Member Bob Milbury made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report, seconded by Board Member Deb Strazzere. Motion passed unanimously with detailed Treasurer’s Report on file for review.
Treasurer Strazzere also noted preparations for the upcoming budget have begun and requested all Committee Heads please submit their budget projections as soon as possible. He also suggested we hold two budget review meetings for the purpose of better informing our Association Members prior to their voting on the budget at the annual meeting in June.
It was decided that these meetings will be held at the Community Center on Wednesday, May 13th at 11:00am and Wednesday, May 20th at 6:30pm.
BY-LAWS AND COVENANTS - Chairperson Pat Mirisola reported that the By-Laws Committee will be reviewing the By-Laws on Wednesday, April 15th and will review the Covenants on Tuesday, April 21st.
ELECTION - Committee Member El Rotsko reported for Chairperson Pamela Milbury that the elections ballots will be mailed in mid-April and will be counted the following month. There are presently two positions open on the Board of Directors.
LANDSCAPING - Chairperson Clay Feeter reported that Rainmaker will be activating the sprinkler systems on May 13th. Also, Wicked Green has scheduled their applications for the upcoming season as well. Lastly, areas approved for mulching application will be flagged in the near future.
MAINTENANCE - Chairperson Lee Page reported that exterior damage to homes which occurred during snow plowing services as well as inclement weather will be assessed and repaired. Who will be responsible for the burden of repair expenses will also be determined.
President Page will be distributing letter to all SPEHOA members from the Board of Directors concerning several issues that were discussed at the April 13th Board of Directors monthly meeting.

SOCIAL - Chairperson Deb Strazzere noted the monthly coffee hours held at the Community Center are completed for the year. We thank and appreciate Deb and her committee members for their time and efforts in preparing for these get togethers.
SUNSHINE - Is with great sadness that we share news of the recent passing of two of our neighbors and friends, Sally J. Krasowski, 17 Ruch Lane and David C. Mulcahey, 10 Ruch Lane with our sincere condolences to their families.
WELCOMING COMMITTEE - Chairperson Pat Mirisola reported that the committee will be meeting on Thursday, April 16th to officially welcome our new neighbors Lisa and Allen Rosen to 24 Spring Pond Circle.
Vice President Pat Mirisola made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Board Member Deb Strazzere.
Motion passed unanimously. Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.
